عام بعد الانتخابات التشريعية، جا وقيت أنو نشوفو مجلس النواب شنيا عمل. في العام إلي تعدا، شفنا برشا عرك، صياح وعنف. في التركينة، باش نفسرو خدمة النواب وادوار البرلمان. باش نحكيو زادا عالاحداث إلي صارت والقوانين إلي تصادق عليها. اعتمادا على تقرير منظمة بوصلة، باش نقيمو عمل المجلس، نعطيوكم الارقام، الانجازات والاخلالات.
شجّعت استجابة حكومة المشيشي السريعة لمطالب المعتصمين في منطقة الكامور العديد من مناطق وجهات البلاد على القيام بتحركات احتجاجية للمطالبة بالتشغيل والتنمية، أسوة بتحركات شباب تطاوين. بالإضافة لتواتر المظاهرات في العاصمة، بعض الاحتجاجات بالجهات تنظّمت في شكل “تنسيقيّات” تفاوض وتصدر بيانات، والبعض الآخر اختار التحرك بشكل تلقائي دون تأطير أو زعامات. بعض مطالب المحتجين تأتي نتيجة عدم إيفاء الحكومات المتعاقبة باتفاقيّاتها وتعهداتها معهم، في حين انتفضت مناطق أخرى لأنّ الوضع الوضع مناسب لطرح مطالبها. بين هذا وذاك، تجد حكومة المشيشي نفسها في وضع لا تُحسَد عليه، بعد أن جرّت نفسها لحرب مفتوحة على أكثر من جبهة.
Hundreds of healthcare staff and workers, including doctors, nurses, medical students and other staff held a protest march on Tuesday, December 8, which they dubbed a ‘day of rage’ for the Tunisian public health sector. The focus of protesters demands was on public investment in healthcare facilities, equipment and infrastructure following the death of 27-year-old surgical resident, Badr Eddine Aloui. Aloui fell to his death on December 3 from the fifth floor in the Jendouba Regional Hospital due to an elevator dysfunction.
On October 20, the government and the Tunisian General Labor Union (UGTT) reached an agreement to resolve the precarious working conditions of so-called “site workers” [ommel hadha’ir] who are hired by the state and work in local administration and agriculture. Yet many ‘site workers’ who had pushed authorities to resolve their status, think the agreement falls short of promises made to them by successive governments. The deal has sparked calls for protest across the country, including a mass mobilization in front of Parliament on Wednesday, December 9, a day that a ‘site worker’ coordination grouping has called a “day of rage.”
On October 6, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) activists in Tunisia raised their voices and banners in the street, amid the hundreds of demonstrators who were peacefully protesting a draft law that would drastically limit criminal accountability for the use of force by the security forces. By a cruel irony, police attacked the demonstrators, including LGBT activists, and arbitrarily arrested them.

قدم الاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل في بداية الأسبوع الماضي مبادرة وجهها إلى رئيس الجمهورية من أجل تنظيم حوار وطني، قال إنه سيمكن البلاد من الخروج من الأزمة الراهنة التي تعيشها، ولتقديم ما اعتبره رؤية من أجل إصلاحات سياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية. فما مدى جدية هذه المبادرة؟ هل أنها قادرة فعلا على خلق التوافق المنشود بين الفاعلين السياسيين الذين لم تهدأ معاركهم منذ الانتخابات الماضية؟ وهل أن الاتحاد بمنأى عن هذه المعارك والتحالفات حتى يتمكن من لعب دور الوسيط النزيه في هذا الحوار المرتقب؟
تسكن في “رْبَطْ” باب سويقة، أشهى الأحياء النابضة بالحياة، مئات الحكايات المليئة بالسحر وعبق الماضي التي حفظتها أسوار مبانيها وإن تهاوى أغلبها، بعضها بقيت سرا من الأسرار التي تروى في مجالس أبناء الربط والقريبين منهم، وأخرى دفنت في ركام المباني العتيقة التي هدمت لتحل مكانها مبان عصرية. أما قصة مقهى “خالي علي” المعروف بمقهى تحت السور، وبالرغم من أنه لم يعد هناك وجود للسور ولا للمقهى، فقد حفظتها الكتب والمسارح والإذاعات أيضا . لم يعد المقهى موجودا الآن، وبالكاد يمكن لغير العارفين تحديد مكانه. ففي آخر سبعينات القرن الماضي، باعه أصحابه وهدمه مالكوه الجدد ليحل محله متجر لكراء فساتين العرائس، ومطعم كفتاجي.

La communication entre les personnages n’existe que par un battement de paupière. La promenade dans Tlamess est ce qui rythme la vision et organise le film. Ce long-métrage de fiction a remporté le premier prix au festival du film arabe de Zurich, tenu du 19 au 29 novembre 2020.
