Etant au courant des actions de l’Association des Magistrats Tunisiens du 18 avril et de leur communiqué, le ministre prend de court leurs revendications et organise le même jour une réunion avec le SMT. Selon Mohamed Ltaief, membre de l’association, l’agissement du ministre a visé à marginaliser l’AMT
