حقوق الإنسان الكونية أم حقوق الإنسان الأممية؟

عن أية قيم إنسانية ندافع ؟ وإلى أي مشروع ننحاز ؟ قبل الدخول في المطارحات الفكرية للشعارات الحقوقية المرفوعة هنا وهناك من قبيل: الحقوق الكونية، وشمولية حقوق الإنسان، وكل الحقوق لكل الناس، توجّب علينا تقديم تعريف مفاهيمي لمقولتي الحقوق الكونية والحقوق الأممية وتحديد الفروق بينهما.
