Au cours des dernières années, les partenariats dans le secteur de l’énergie, en Tunisie, se sont souvent caractérisés par une opacité grandissante. Entre manque d’informations, absence de rapports détaillés et défaut de couverture médiatique, c’est tout un secteur qui vit, aujourd’hui, dans une certaine forme de fantasme, plus ou moins avérée.

Regulatory Reform and Financial Aid – Germany on Growing Tunisia’s Renewable Energy Sector

Two recent reports—Bardolet’s May 2014 overview for Dii and Cessat’s June 2014 analysis for GIZ—evaluate the present framework that governs renewable energies in Tunisia and recommend reforms conducive to opening the sector to foreign investment and collaboration. Both studies conclude that current regulatory measures pertaining to—particularly STEG’s—energy management are rigid, restrictive, exclusive and elusive, and that the imminent incorporation of provisions for «business models» as Bardolet discusses, or «foreign private operators» in the words of Cessat, of renewable energy projects is advisable.

Réflexions sur l’impact de la libéralisation de l’énergie verte sur le prix de l’électricité

Le 20 novembre 2013, un projet de loi très important a été déposé par le ministère de l’industrie, dirigé alors par l’actuel Chef du Gouvernement Mehdi Jomaa, à l’Assemblée Nationale Constituante. Il s’agit du projet de loi relatif à la production d’électricité à partir de l’énergie renouvelable. Le fait que la libéralisation apportée par la loi va remodeler le paysage du secteur de l’énergie (voire même la totalité du secteur) en Tunisie est évident. Quel serait alors l’impact de cette réforme sur le consommateur tunisien ?

خلال هذه المدّة التي قضّاها السيد مهدي جمعة على رأس وزارة الصناعة برز ملف التعاقد مع الشركة الفرنسية ألستوم، و الذي نسخّر له هذا المقال. و يطرح هذا الملف العديد من التساؤلات التي تستوجب إنارة الرأي العام حولها من طرف السيد مهدي جمعة. و هذا ما سنسعى لتوضيحه من جهتنا عبر العودة على المحاكمات المتعددة ضد شركة ألستوم من أجل الرشوة و خفايا صفقة ألستوم في تونس.

الحمامات : الوجه الاخر …قرية المنشار بدون ماء

زرنا مؤخرا قرية “المنشار” من معتمدية الحمامات و التي تقع على الجانب الايمن من الطريق السريعة تونس- سوسة غير بعيدة عن مدينة الحمامات متاخمة للمنطقة السياحية اي على مشارف محطة براكة الساحل . منطقة المنشار تعاني من عديد المشاكل الاجتماعية على غرار بقية ارياف الجمهورية التونسية و لعل ابرز مشاكلها تتلخص في انقطاع الماء و ايضا مشكل الطرقات الريفية الغير معبدة و الوعرة و التي تعطل مصالح المواطنين في قضاء شؤونهم اليومية …خاصة و ان وسيلة النقل الوحيدة المتوفرة هي سيارات النقل الريفي و التي تقوم بانزال الركاب على الطريق الرئيسية دون التوغل داخل القرى .
